Seven years ago we began our Thanksgiving Drive for our beautiful church. We chose November as the month of “thanks." We are asking everyone to double their weekly contributions for the month of November. Last year we raised $50,000 and we hope to match that in 2021. We have made great strides in reducing our debt and are almost fully funded for our new roof! We are in need of a new roof and we need your help to make this happen. Thank you in advance for your generosity, sacrifice and prayers to make this happen.
It is with pleasure that Saint Andrew welcome's Father Charles Notabartolo, known to all simply as Father Chuck, to our team of clergy! Father Chuck, a priest for about 45 years, most recently served as pastor of Saint Jude in Tequesta. He continues to serve as the Vicar General of the Diocese of Palm Beach and has led many trips to Medjugorje. When you get a chance, please say hello and welcome Father Chuck to our wonderful parish!
As some of you may know, our own Deacon Louie Romero is involved with the Palm Beach Diocese Marriage, Family Life, Faith Formation & Youth ministry. Every month, this ministry publishes a wonderful newsletter online. We are pleased to be able to make this available on the St. Andrew website under the "News & Events" menu. Lent is the time of year when God obligates us to prepare our hearts and to purify our souls so that we are ready to receive Our Lord in His glorious coming at Easter. Multiple priests will be available to hear your confession on this evening of penance. Join us this evening as it will be your last chance to go to confession until after Easter.
